What to Wear
We recommend warm clothing that allows freedom
of movement, and gloves or mittens. We also require
that Snowplow Sam and Hockey skaters (ages 3-6)
wear helmets (bike or hockey) . For all classes, please
allow at least 15 minutes to put on your child's skates.
A basic skate of quality is highly recommended!  Purchase at a shop that caters to skats,  Crossovers Pro shop at Madison Ice Arena,  the Waunakee Ice Arena has a 6 month rental program or purchase used or new skates of the quality we recommend at affordable prices.
